21st Spell: [Video/Action for Olivine]

[The view opens to a shot of the sea. Pure, pristine, gorgeous...

And apparently filled with swarms of oncoming Pokemon.
]

Tesla, fire!

[A huge blast of electricity rips past Twilight into the sea, striking all the nearby swarming fossil Pokemon and knocking out a good chunk of them.]

Thank Celestia for strong Electric-types... Does anyone know what's causing this? I woke up this morning and the town was practically covered in these ancient Pokemon. I've been doing my best to hold them back, as have several others, but they just keep on coming no matter what we do. Is this happening everywhere?

[A small group of Kabuto, Omanyte, and Tirtouga dare the beach again only to be zapped into unconsciousness by Tesla. The Magnezone doesn't even seem tired when Twilight turns the camera on it, though it would probably be hard to tell...]

We've been okay so far, but we can't keep this up forever. And what if they start coming from somewhere aside from-

[There's a loud cry from behind. Twilight whirls around and the shot pans up to show the top of the lighthouse-

Which is covered in Archen that have just flown down from Route 39.
]

The sea. Oh horseapples.

[One of the Archen screeches as it lifts off, and the feed ends with that ominous shot.]

Water. Right.

[Spike fumbles with the balls in his pocket, trying not to fall off Raspberry, who is randomly whacking the Anoriths that are swarming them. Spike could see that Mamara was starting to tire out.

Mamara, come back girl! You did a great job.

[Spike quickly returned her to her ball, and shoved it in his pocket, before focusing all his attention on staying on Raspberry.]

Okay, you heard Twilight Raspberry! Let's try a Surf!

[Raspberry roared and let loose an almighty wave that crashed into the Anorith, scattering them. Raspberry dived forward into the wave, using it to propel them towards Goldenrod at a faster rate. Unfortunately Spike was too busy trying to hold on to the now wet and slippery Gyarados to notice that the stronger Anorith had began to move over to the Gyarados, clinging to his tail and trying to scramble up.]

[Moving was something Spike was DEFINITELY doing...although flailing may have been a more appropriate word. Spike hearsTwilight's warning, twisting to look behind him.]

ACK! Raspberry! Move your tail! We have company!

[Raspberry flicks his tail, but that darn Anorith is hanging on for dear life, slowly getting closer to Spike. He panics a little.]

He doesn't know it yet! And this thing's getting closer!

...SHOO! SHOO!

[Spike tries ineffectually to bat it away. The Anorith gives him what looks like a withering gaze. Suddenly Raspberry rears around, almost toppling Spike off to use a Bite on it, but it dodges. Lurching wildly to the side and trying not to fall off, Spike does the only other thing he can think of to keep the Anorith at bay.]

TAKE THAT!

[The Anorith is sucked into a pokeball, which wobbles a couple times before the light on the front fades. Spike fumbles to catch it before it rolls off Raspberry's back. He sighs in relief.]

Thanks for the warning Twilight! It looks like that got rid of most of them. What other kinds of these dead pokemon do I need to watch out for, and what are they weak to?

[It's taking some time for Spike to relax - he's still nervous, glancing around just in case any other dead pokemon decide they want a dragon snack. He clings to Raspberry as they approach Goldenrod, thankfully not running into anything else yet. The praise from Twilight gives him a boost though, and he grins at her.]

Thanks Twilight! I couldn't have done it without your help though.

And that was way too close...

[He releases Mamara, just in case they run into any of the other types of dead pokemon.]

Keep an eye out Mamara!

Um...Twilight? Are they going to eventually go away? Like how you made that Ursa Major go to sleep?

I hope they sort it out soon, coz this is really weird and creepy.

[Spike looks back over his shoulder, and relaxes, as he appears to have safely escaped the Anorith and other fossil pokemon for the moment.]

Okay Twilight, I'm at Goldenrod now! I'll go find Rarity, Pinkie and Rainbow Dash, and make sure everyone is safe! I'll talk to you later.

[Spike gives her a big grin, slides of Raspberry, and clicks off the feed.]
