[The feed clicks on to show Twilight hugging what looks like a spaceship with eyes. Looks like her Magneton finally evolved.]

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes! Finally, my very own Magnezone!

[She practically giggles in glee, clambering up onto the top of her newly evolved Pokemon with a grin. The Magnezone waits for her to be settled on top of it, and then slowly rises up into the air.]

Ahhh. Actually, a friend of mine caught a Beldum recently. Maybe she'd have some insight.

I hope hers has some energy. Seeing a lump of metal droop down is a bit sad.

I'm not sure, actually. I haven't really spent any time with AJ's Beldum yet.

Too busy trying to evolve your spaceship?

Not really, it's just that she very recently got it and this has been a busy week.

Very recently? Did she get it for Christmas, too?

No, more recent than that. She only showed up in January, herself, but she's been making up for lost time with a vengeance.

Sounds like she'll go very far very quickly, with that attitude.

That's AJ for you. Of course, she does have sort of an advantage. She was here once before, and she recently got back the Pokemon she left behind.

She did? Did they find themselves at the Foster Home, then?

Precisely. She's having to try to regain their trust and affection now after over a year, but I think she's doing an admirable job.

... Aside from her Piloswine, but that's to be expected. He's a bit... unruly.

...A year, uh. It could have been much worse. What sort of unruly is he?

[friendyousohard]

The violent sort. One of his favorite pastimes is to go barreling headlong at her if she stands still too long.

...Aren't Piloswine relatively large and tusked?

[friendyousohard]

Not as much so as their final evolution, Mamoswine, but yes. Yes they are. I don't think I need to elaborate on the implications there.

Yeah, I can already tell they're painful and bloody.

Fortunately, AJ's tough. She hasn't gotten more than a bruising from him so far.

But still...

I'd suggest investing in leg guards before she allows him to evolve again. Or even if she decides to keep him as he is.

I'll make sure to pass that advice along. Whether she bothers to listen or not is another matter entirely.

I can probably imagine. I've met plenty of particularly stubborn people.
