Speaking of people listening to this, can anypony tell me if there is an Applejack, a Fluttershy, a Rarity, a Rainbow Dash, or a Pinkie Pie around? They're all very close friends of mine and I'd very much like to get in touch with them. As for me, I'm Twilight Sparkle.

Then we can assume that in a pinch and with the right minds behind it, science can be used as a sort of replacement for magic... Hmmm, I'm more used to them working hand in hand but if one isn't present I guess it only makes sense for the other to pick up the slack.

Indeed. In a world where magic is not present, the only way to possible way to more forward in a society would be with science. We imagine Johto would be an example of such a thing.

Me neither, and that would be something very useful to have back on Equestria. I wish I had a spare, I could take it apart and try to figure out how it worked... but I don't dare do that with the only one I have.
