9th Spell: [Action for Violet]
[She shouldn't be out here. She knows that much. No matter how stir-crazy she was getting inside, she's still sick and she shouldn't be outside wandering around. Fluttershy's going to be furious with her.
And yet, she can't help it. She just desperately wants to be up and about, doing... something. Anything. So she snuck out of their room at the inn in the early morning, and she's now wandering Violet trying to find something to do with herself.
Then the first sparks arcs out from her to the ground. She blinks in surprise, turning to stare at the hand it came from.]
What- [But her question is cut off as another shock leaps out of her, frying the ground again and making her squeak in surprise. Soon, she's turning into a miniature lightning storm, bolts zapping around her again and again as she tries desperately to get these sudden powers under a semblance of control.]
Oh Celestia, what's happening? I can't... control- [A particularly strong blast interrupts her, lunging out in an arc towards any hapless citizens who might have had the bright idea to watch this. Run away!]

When Shy comes back, Twilight will be holding a little cat's cradle of electricity in between her hands.]

Oh, no, I'm trying to actually get some control over this. I mean, if I can use it properly, it ought to be pretty handy, right?

[She holds up the Pokegear, trying to scroll through messages.]
They're all such weird posts...

[She forces the energy back down and walks over to look over Fluttershy's shoulder. Her proximity starts causing some of Shy's hair to stand on end.]

This one has different hair... This one has colored skin... And this one has scaled!

At least, until today.

[She thinks it over a bit.] Well, given that this is Johto, it's likely that Pokemon are involved... maybe a Legendary?

... Then again, how could a Pokemon do it deliberately, either?

[She suddenly stops there, her eyes widening as an idea hits her.] Wait a minute... Fluttershy, are there any other reports of sudden powers manifesting?

[Scroll, scroll, scroll... gasp!]

[She leans in a bit closer in her earnest curiosity, causing a static spark to jump from her to Fluttershy.]

[She winces, cause owww.]

[She pulls back again, horrified at what she's done, even if it was inadvertent.]
A-are you okay? [Twi, it was static. You didn't hit her with a Thunderbolt.]

It was... just a little shock, that's all.
