My real body, and my magic! Everything's back to normal! Oh this is terrific, there's so many new things to do. Where do I even start?

[She claps her hooves together, grinning wildly (and just slightly manically) at the prospect for a moment... then she notices something behind her. A very large, menacing looking shadow.]

Hey, what is... [She turns around, and her eyes practically pop out of her head. And well they might, given what she's seeing...]

[The fact that it doesn't seem to be chasing them really just makes her more worried. This situation calls for more than fleeing, it calls for magic.]

[Dash does just that, though she's confused why she has to be holding on. Didn't Twilight teleport three of them without touching before? Whatever! No time to argue.]

I don't know! I think it might have been a Pokemon, but I've never seen one so... so terrifying!

... What are Pokemon?

Well, they're sort of like monsters, if you could catch and train monsters and have them obey your commands.

I know it sounds weird, but... look, imagine the sort of creatures you'd usually find in the Everfree Forest, to start. Now imagine you can catch them, and they'll follow your commands.

Okay, well... they're two legged, they have hands like Spike or a monkey, and they have no coat or tail, just manes.

... Yeah, they look really weird. The thing is, they're the dominant species on this planet, so when I got here, I was transformed into one. That was just recently undone. And while I was a human, I had no magic.

No kidding. Actually, Rainbow, you were here too, but... well, nopony usually remembers Johto when they leave it.

I'm fine, Rainbow, it's this place that's messed up. Losing memories when you leave is par for the course around here, probably because if anyone remembered they'd be trying to find a way to get their friends out of it.
