Depending on the scale of the events you have in mind, you may want more organizers than that. Aside from finding and arranging the space needed, there may be supplies to acquire, registration to set up, and a means to coordinate participants at the event itself. Not to mention any arrangements required for spectators, prizes for the winners, and instructing and coordinating judges...
Of course, some of those same resources can be used by multiple events, but even with them all running simultaneously, if you expect or want to plan for a large amount of participants, you'd like want a few people to help with each.
