Hm... maybe some kind of surfing competition? Like... I know Pokemon can use surf, but riding on those Pokemon. And when it gets warmer we can do sand sculpting rather than snow sculpting. And if there are enough Pokemon that can manage it, maybe something like a poetry competition.
