That would probably help, but some Pokemon just act out more if you try to discipline them. With species that aren't quite as powerful that could just be annoying, but with something like this... well, I would recommend having powerful members of your team out of their balls before beginning training. It may also be a good idea to keep an eye on your Pokemon's personalities from early on. You don't have to train anything that gives you a difficult time unless you're specifically looking for the challenge, you know.
